We are here to support you!
Social Commitment
Those who think economically must also act socially. We firmly believe it is our responsibility to provide and promote social support, especially in situations where the state can no longer intervene fully.
Life is not always fair, and social balance is often urgently needed. Unfortunately, today we often see the social factor subordinated to economic necessities. At DieDefa GmbH, we have therefore set a clear goal: to support where social assistance is needed and where it can have a positive impact on the community.
We are particularly committed to youth and women’s football. Not only because it is the passion of one of our employees, but because sport provides an excellent opportunity to nurture young people, instill values such as teamwork, fair play, and discipline, and open up new perspectives for their future. We therefore actively support clubs and projects in youth and women’s football to foster the development of young talents.
We are also committed to social organizations affiliated with clubs that engage people with disabilities in meaningful and fulfilling activities. We believe that every individual is a valuable part of society and can realize their potential when given the right conditions. These organizations create opportunities for people with special needs to contribute and develop their skills.
Our social engagement is a matter close to our hearts, and we are proud to make a small contribution to a better future. We know that every step counts and that our actions can create positive change. Our aim is to raise awareness of social responsibility and encourage others to make a positive impact as well.
We are convinced that through our economic activities and social commitment, we can together achieve a sustainable and positive impact on society. We look forward to advancing our mission and leaving a positive mark through our actions.
Together, we create a better future for us all.
TC Garstedt – Loyalty to the Club in Our Community
The Tennis Club Garstedt is located just around the corner from our company headquarters and is a matter close to the heart of our CFO. For many years, he has been an enthusiastic member, regularly taking to the court each week. In 2023, we were able to bring joy to one of the teams by providing them with a complete set of jerseys. We are delighted that even more “Rothosen” are now sporting our logo across Schleswig-Holstein.
Youth Football Tournament 2020 – Association for the Promotion of Youth Football in Nahe e.V.
https://www.facebook.com/tsvnahejugendfussball/
We are delighted to serve as a sponsor for the 2020 youth football tournament organized by TSV Nahe. Over three days, 48 youth teams from across Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg will compete in around 120 matches. This tournament is considered one of the largest youth football events in Schleswig-Holstein, and we are thrilled to be a part of it!
How did we come across this club and tournament? The passions of our employees are very important to us, and we are happy to support their volunteer work. In this case, we are proud to support Mandy, who has served as a youth coach at TSV Nahe for over 13 years.
TSV Nahe Women’s Football Team
https://www.facebook.com/tsvnahefrauenfussball/
In 2017, a new women’s football team was established in Nahe. Unfortunately, women’s teams in football have become increasingly rare, as has support from sponsors. Funding for a good cause is becoming less common. We didn’t need much persuasion and are very proud to be the sponsor of this fantastic women’s team.

DRW was founded in 2013 in Ahrensburg/Wulfsdorf as part of the intergenerational residential projects Allmende and Wilde Rosen. Its goal is to support individuals in participating in life and community, while providing optimal professional development, care, and support.

The Hermann Jülich Workshop Community serves as both a living and working environment for currently 100 adults requiring care and support, along with their caregivers and additional staff. Based on the anthroposophical view of humanity, the community provides social-therapeutic support across three residential and work sites east of Hamburg.
As a recognized workshop for people with disabilities, the Hermann Jülich Workshop Community e.V. offers a wide range of employment opportunities across its various workshops. We support the community, among other ways, by commissioning ring binders customized with our individual printing.
