VIDICTO
VIDICTO is a video conferencing solution developed in Germany for secure, high-performance and sovereign audio, video and data communication.
It was specifically designed for on-premises operation in the data centers of public-sector organizations and is ideally suited for environments with elevated security and protection requirements. The solution enables reliable, encrypted communication between all participants as well as the operation of multiple parallel conferences. Internal and external participants can be integrated with equal flexibility. Thanks to its browser-based usage, no local installation is required – VIDICTO is immediately available on all common devices and operating systems.
VIDICTO is multi-tenant capable, designed for use across complex network zone architectures, and can be seamlessly integrated into existing IT environments. Operation is aligned with the recommendations of the BSI IT-Grundschutz. Existing room systems can be connected with minor adjustments and embedded into the existing communications infrastructure.
A comprehensive security concept lies at the core of VIDICTO: transport encryption and end-to-end encryption ensure that communication remains confidential and that content is not evaluated or processed on the server side. This enables true data sovereignty without reliance on external cloud services.
The user interface is designed as a modern, clearly structured web application and is aligned with the requirements of BITV 2.0, Section 4 of the German Federal Disability Equality Act (BGG), and DIN EN ISO 9241. The result is intuitive, easy-to-learn and comfortable operation for both users and administrators. VIDICTO is provided as a high-performance software solution and is complemented by a comprehensive range of services, including implementation and training, support and maintenance, as well as continuous development and the provision of updates.

VIDICTO has been used in the context of various projects by public-sector institutions as well as specialized organizations in the fields of IT security, prevention and critical infrastructures. These include, among others, the Forum for Bedre Cybersikkerhed of the Styrelsen for Samfundssikkerhed, Dibuco GmbH, IWiSEC GmbH, Green Raven Limited, DPT – Deutscher Präventionstag gGmbH and Bundesdruckerei GmbH. The projects involved the use of VIDICTO as a secure video conferencing solution in regulated and security-critical environments.
